Every Soul Matters Ministries brings essential hygiene and care services to Fayetteville, Arkansas
Backstory
Bradley Clyne has been serving his local community with homelessness outreach, clothing distribution, and food programs since July 2015 when he founded Every Soul Matters Ministry. Bradley and his team soon learned that showers were in dire need, and wanted to do something about it. After learning about LavaMaeˣ and its 1:1 Mentorship program, Bradley joined in April 2021 and began his journey to bring critical hygiene and care services to his neighbors in need.
How LavaMaeˣ Helped
Bradley first contacted LavaMaeˣ for guidance on hosting Pop-Up Care Villages and used our Pop-Up Care Village toolkit to host his own event. Soon after, Bradley decided to add mobile hygiene services to his programming and worked with LavaMaeˣ consultant Joey Fried for over a year on his mobile shower trailer design and build-out.
Joey assisted Bradley on many fronts, from trailer parts to insurance needs. Meanwhile, Bradley continued to serve his community monthly with Pop-Up Care Villages until his mobile shower service launched in July 2022.
Service Model
Every Soul Matters Ministries operates its showers alongside its monthly Pop-Up Care Villages and provides 40-60 showers a service.
The trailer has two shower stalls and brings service partners that bring haircuts, meals, clothing, and more to guests.
At every event, Every Soul Matters Ministries recruits 6 - 12 staff and volunteers to bring Radical Hospitality to its guests.
